In order to join a VIRTUAL Pilates Class at on-Core, you must have Zoom on your smart phone/laptop/iPad or computer. You will require a mat to use from home & enough space around you so that you are safe within your surroundings. If you are a brand new client wanting to join one of these classes, you will need to still fill out a "Policy Form" prior to your first class. This is located under 'Forms' on this website: "Classes Policy Form." Your Instructor will then text you the link to join the Zoom Class Meeting & may discuss what Pilates Props you have at home plus check in with how your body is feeling etc.
Concession rates are for;
Pensioners/ Students/ Healthcare card holders/ Disability/ Veterans
All classes are 1 hour in length with the exception of
Virtual Mat classes that aren't also being undertaken in the Studio & Kids/Teenagers Classes.
These are 45 minutes in duration.
