on-Core Pilates Workouts
PilaTINIES Class: This is a Pilates Class for Kids, specifically designed for children 5-8 years of age, although anyone can do this Class:) My 5 year old daughter, Evie is helping to demonstrate the exercises. We add music & dancing to our Virtual Kids Classes & "in Studio" ones for a bit more fun, at the beginning & end of the Class. This video has no music attached to it. I hope that Kids all around the World can benefit from doing Pilates movements - that their confidence, posture, alignment & mobility improves! ~ Love, Danni xo
Mums & Bubs Workout!
MUMS & BUBS WORKOUT: This is an almost 1 hour workout which you can complete all of, or just parts. A lot of the exercises can be done with or without your bubba:-) With a focus on postpartum recovery together with movement of the whole body & fun, I hope you feel good after doing this workout. Anyone can complete this though even if you don't have a baby! ~ Love, Danni xo
