POP Pilates Classes
POP Pilates is fun, powerful and full of passion as body defining moves are choreographed to top 40 hits. The Pilates fundamentals of breathing, core engagement and powerhouse movements are combined with the beat of the music to create a unique "dance on the mat" exercise program.
The program originated in the U.S.A. by Cassey Ho and is now brought to you by on-Core Instructor, Liz Mulvany who trained in this style in 2017 . This class is suitable for all levels as every movement is tailored to each individual.
Only 10 maximum per class & you can pay casually or with a 10, 20 pass.
